You can prepare this sauce by combining vinegar and sugar with some excellent wine. One can even add other ingredients mixed like onions, chocolate sauce, fruit juices. It was made as this sauce traditionally, but now it has some added layers which make it chunky. The agrodolce sauce is typically used in many pasta dishes or as a topping or sometimes as dip made with cheese.
Mustard -Based BBQ Sauce
It’s a thin, spicy sauce with an astringent taste. This BBQ sauce is made with mustard, olive oil, vinegar and some pork meat. It is used in many pasta and other dishes.
Sugo Di Carne
This is yet another speciality of Italy which consists of ground beef, pork or both combined. This sauce is made with sautéed sofrito of onions, carrots, celery with some canned tomatoes and red wine to add more flavors. To add more depth even tomato paste and porcini mushroom is added, and all this mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper.

Marinara
This one is another tasty and simplest sauce prepared by Italian. This is a red sauce made with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and herbs. It is used in many Italian dishes as it’s base and sometimes mayonnaise is added to the sauce with some spicy red chilled and turned it into spicy barbecue sauce to make all your dishes more flavorful.
